At Madalynn Cole Salon, a credit card on file is required for online bookings, new guests to Madalynn Cole, or have record of missed reservation. This policy helps ensure appointment security and minimizes last-minute cancellations or no-shows for your stylist. If a reservation is not rescheduled or canceled within two days prior to the appointment date, up to 50% of the service booking price plus a 3% credit card usage fee will be charged to the card on file or the account deposit at the salon. This amount is paid to the reserved stylist for the booked service.

No, your card is not charged immediately upon booking at Madalynn Cole Salon when leaving card on file. An account deposit charge may be required at the time of booking or during the confirmation call due to high demand for appointment slots. If the booking agreement changes or is canceled before the two-day window, the deposit will be applied to the service ticket or can be refunded (minus the credit card fee) within 2-10 business days of original appt date.

Refund Policy
Products must be brought back within 1 week of purchase.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returns on all hair care and tools that are UNUSED or UNOPENED.
~ Extensions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Exchanges can be accepted for all hair care products & tools FOR 100% OF PURCHASE. Account balance can be applied to salon for future.
All Accessories & clothing sales are finial.
~We will offer a 2nd consultat
